12.03.2025, Duesseldorf - The international top management consultancy Horn & Company was honored in the “Performance” category at the Lünendonk Business-to-Business Awards in Frankfurt on Monday evening. The jury, consisting of 14 chief and business journalists, honored the above-average organic growth of the company and further explained: “The Horn & Company chapter has been a success story since its foundation. Under the aegis of Dr. Christian Horn, the strategy consultancy has grown to 40 million euros within 15 years - from its own resources. The cooperation with the private equity investment company Waterland put Horn & Company at the forefront of market consolidation at an early stage. In the 2023 financial year, the company not only established itself in the industrial sector, but also surpassed the EUR 70 million turnover mark. Horn & Company has thus increased its turnover by 70 percent and the number of employees by 90 percent within one year.”

My vision has always been to grow in partnership and together with our customers and as a company. In addition to our above-average organic growth, we have also been able to grow inorganically with Waterland in recent years. Thanks to its strong organic and inorganic growth, Horn & Company has grown to over 75 million in sales and a team of over 250 consultants.
