André Dibbert studied mathematics and business administration in Kiel and Cambridge. He began his career as a management consultant in 1999 and joined the Financial Services Practice at Horn & Company in 2009. In addition to his banking expertise, he has extensive know-how in the insurance sector and is head of the Insurance Competence Center.
His professional focus is on the restructuring of sales organizations and operating models for customer service as well as for production/processing areas. He oversees benchmarking studies, service excellence initiatives, cost containment programs and implements process management and outsourcing projects.
His experience in digitalization consulting includes the development of customer experience strategies and innovative analytics solutions. By building agile organizations and leadership methods, he supports his clients in mobilizing for transformation projects.
