Credit processes of the future
Rethinking credit processes with Horn & Company.
From loan initiation to lending
We always consider credit processes front-to-end, starting with the first customer contact, through the credit check to the credit decision. Lending has always been a bank's core task. And yet credit management still offers great potential for optimization. From Horn & Company's perspective, the quality of a credit process is reflected in the 'time-to-yes' or 'time-to-cash' from the customer's point of view. For simple retail loans, the aim is to minimize the number of entries by the customer and to automate the credit decision with the aim of an instant approval/rejection for the customer. In the more complex corporate lending business, risk-oriented processing is critical to success: quickly process simple & low-risk cases in a KPI-oriented manner in order to generate more resources for complex & risky exposures.
