Thomas Poter has been working in the Supply Chain & Procurement area at ConMoto Strategie und Realisierung GmbH since 2021 and has served as an Associate Partner since July 2024. His consulting focuses on the development of purchasing organizations, end-to-end process optimization, and the digitalization of procurement processes. Additionally, he is an expert in strategic purchasing and leads numerous cost-reduction programs. With his extensive expertise, Thomas supports companies across various industries throughout Europe, from strategy development to implementation.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. Before joining ConMoto, he worked at the procurement consultancy INVERTO and held leadership positions in purchasing and sales at leading retailers such as Lidl, Edeka, and Metro.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, especially biking together.

For me, "together we grow" means creating a situation where 1 + 1 equals 3, allowing us to grow beyond ourselves both personally and as a team, in order to consistently provide our clients with sustainable and measurable value.
