Thomas Mülchi

Thomas Mülchi was a co-founder of GEM Consulting GmbH in Switzerland and has been a managing partner in the Financial Services sector at Horn & Company in Switzerland since March 2023. His consulting focus is on the development and implementation of business strategies for banks and insurance companies. With his extensive expertise, he supports large banks as well as retail and private banks throughout the DACH region.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and has several years of professional experience in various financial institutions, including a global investment bank.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in sports.
