Sebastian Klages

Sebastian Klages has been with Horn & Company in the Financial Services sector since 2019 and has been an Associate Partner since 2018. He leads projects focused on the strategic and organizational development of banks and savings banks. In recent years, he has applied his extensive experience to leading optimization and efficiency programs for various financial institutions.

After completing his high school diploma, Sebastian Klages underwent bank training at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt. He then studied European Economics in Bamberg and Barcelona, graduating with a degree in Business Administration.

Before joining Horn & Company, he spent three years at a German management consulting firm. Sebastian is a family man who enjoys spending a lot of time with his three children. He tries to stay active by playing sports regularly, especially tennis, soccer, and golf.
