Philipp Güth, Managing Partner at Horn & Company, specializes in financial services. He focuses on business strategies, corporate transformations, regulatory projects as well as treasury, risk management and bank-specific controlling. With his many years of expertise, he supports major banks in the DACH region.

Philipp studied business administration at the University of Cologne and successfully passed the CFA and CFM exams. After five years in the CFO division of a major German bank, he switched to strategy consulting in 2012 and founded GEM Consulting in 2014, which has been part of Horn & Company since 2023. He is a member of the management team in the Financial Services Competence Center.

Philipp is involved in his eldest son's field hockey club in Frankfurt's Nordend district and enjoys playing sports himself in his free time.
