Stephan Olk is an expert in the strategic and organizational development of banks. With extensive experience in growth strategies, sales and process optimization, he supports clients with key challenges. As Team Lead of the Competence Center Cluster Retail Banking, he provides impetus for the future of banking.
He studied economics and business administration at the University of Freiburg with a focus on behavioral economics. During his studies, he was already an assistant at the Institute of Marketing and completed his doctorate on the effects of authenticity.
A family man, Stephan Olk lives in Düsseldorf and enjoys literature, hiking and political discussions in his free time. In addition to his passion for motor sports, he finds a sporting balance in powerlifting.
