Dr. Sergej Hermann

Sergej Hermann advises companies on the integration of business and IT. He has extensive experience in organizational management and leads large transformation programs, particularly in the areas of IT management, data and process management, portfolio management as well as service provider and implementation management.

Before joining Horn & Company, Sergej Hermann worked for a technology-oriented European management consultancy. He studied physics at the University of Bonn and subsequently completed his doctorate at the University of Cologne. He earned his Executive MBA in Business & IT at TUM and the University of St. Gallen.

Sergej Hermann is a volunteer on the board of his local soccer and popular sports club. In his free time, he enjoys climbing and cycling.
