Dr. Ralf Seisreiner

Ralf Seisreiner combined his engineering training as a graduate engineer at the Technical University of Berlin with a doctorate in business administration (Dr. rer. pol.) at the University of Mannheim. He has been working as a management consultant since 1997 and has been one of the founding partners of Horn & Company's Financial Services Practice since 2009. He has extensive banking expertise and is head of the Insurance Competence Center.

In this role, he supports financial service providers in the strategic and operational development of their business models. His consulting work focuses on conducting strategy reviews for market, production and management areas as well as designing growth, efficiency and transformation programs. His experience includes the development of customer-centric, agile organizations and the use of innovative data analytics solutions.
