Dr. Lavri Labi is a Principal in the Data Analytics division at Horn & Company. His consulting focus is on predictive analysis and AI-driven process automation. With his extensive experience, he supports companies in the finance, retail, and automotive industries in making data-driven decisions and optimizing their business processes. He concentrates on developing tailored solutions that create tangible value for his clients.
Lavri studied Data Science at the Technical University of Dortmund and earned his Ph.D. in Statistics and Econometrics at the University of Rostock. He began his career in banking with a focus on analytical roles. After positions in the pension fund industry and the FinTech sector, he worked at an international auditing firm on developing automated audit procedures using machine learning.
Dr. Lavri Labi is actively involved in promoting data literacy in Africa. In collaboration with GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation), he develops and organizes training programs for executives. To balance his daily routine, he stays fit through regular judo training.
