Dieter Hofferberth has been a Principal in the Industry & Trade division at ConMoto Strategie und Realisierung GmbH since October 2008. He is also an expert for production, digitalization, product costs and maintenance at Horn & Company. He also advises in the areas of change management, HR and organizational and employee development. He has many years of experience in advising companies in industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, aerospace and energy.

He studied production engineering, obtained a doctorate in mechanical engineering and completed an MBA. After gaining his first professional experience in technical planning, he worked as a consultant for several renowned management consultancies.

To balance out his day-to-day work as a consultant, Dieter is active in sports, enjoys going to the theater, concerts and museums and is also a passionate amateur photographer.

For me, “together we grow” means pooling our strengths, sharing knowledge and supporting each other. This is how we achieve our goals together and promote individual development at the same time.
