Christian Horn advises financial service providers and industrial companies on complex change projects for strategic realignment, reorganisation and profit improvement. With a degree in business administration and a doctorate from the University of Cologne as well as initial professional experience in a family-run company, he joined a leading top management consultancy in 1994.

After 14 years - including 10 years as Partner, Managing Partner and Chairman of the Management Board - he sought a new entrepreneurial challenge and founded Horn & Company together with partner colleagues. High seniority and expertise paired with an entrepreneurial understanding of consulting were the guiding principles behind the foundation.

Christian Horn lives in Düsseldorf with his wife and three children.
