Dr. Christian Daumoser joined Horn & Company in 2019 as a top management consultant.

He supports insurance companies and banks in the areas of strategy, digital transformation and process optimization. His consulting focus is on the conception and implementation of innovative sales models in insurance sales.

He holds a degree in insurance and finance (IHK) and completed a degree in economics. After more than five years at an insurance company, he completed his doctorate at the Chair of Finance at ESCP Business School Berlin.

Christian prefers to spend his free time at the lakes or in the mountains of the Chiemgau region southeast of Munich - whether hiking, swimming or mountain biking.

For me, “together we grow” is the core of the “H&C DNA” - working together as colleagues, working in partnership with clients and always focusing on a common goal.
