Stefan Pols has been a Principal in the area of Product Optimization at ConMoto Strategy and Realization since May 2018. His consulting focus is on product optimization and design, as well as industrialization for clients in the manufacturing industry. With his extensive experience in both industry and consulting, he leads projects and ensures that project goals are met for his clients.

Stefan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hanover and a diploma in Business Sciences from the Technical University of Munich. He spent over 15 years in various roles and areas at a major OEM in the automotive industry and has been working in consulting for more than ten years.

Stefan Pols is actively involved in a local cycling club and regularly rides his racing bike.
