Rüdiger Rehm

Rüdiger Rehm has been with ConMoto Strategy and Realization since 2000. As of July 1, 2024, he holds the position of Partner in the Value Creation Competence Center. Prior to this, he held various positions within the Value Creation, Maintenance, and Logistics Competence Centers at ConMoto. Rüdiger specializes in optimizing value creation systems based on the Toyota Production System (takt, flow, pull, perfection). His focus is on designing future-ready factories with an emphasis on automation and sustainability (ESG), leveraging over 30 years of Lean experience from both industry and consulting.
Rüdiger studied general mechanical engineering at FH Gießen-Friedberg. He then worked in the automotive supply industry, where he took on early responsibilities for the design and optimization of production, logistics, and maintenance systems. His emphasis on value creation systems, both top-down and bottom-up, has remained consistent throughout his career at ConMoto.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Rüdiger is dedicated to his family, which includes four children. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs and is often found on the water, whether water skiing or sailing.
