Hannes Pasemann has been part of ConMoto Strategy and Realization since 2013 and became a partner in the “Maintenance and Asset Management” team in 2024. In this role, he leads excellence transformations in highly automated industries such as chemicals/pharmaceuticals, automotive, power plants, paper, food, and aerospace.

He also drives the development of forward-looking maintenance solutions for practical implementation with ConMoto clients. Hannes holds a degree in aerospace engineering and an additional diploma in business administration from Fernuniversität Hagen.

Before joining ConMoto, Hannes worked as a technical officer and quality inspector in the German Armed Forces. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, taking care of his property, and spending time in nature.

For me, “together we grow” means developing methodically, in terms of content and socially – by working together as a team, with our customers and colleagues.
