Working student IT (m/f/d)
As a working student IT (m/f/d) in our office in Düsseldorf, you are supporting our company-wide migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Your tasks
- The main focus of your role is the preparation and setup of IT devices for the Windows 11 migration
- You conscientiously support the establishment and maintenance of devices in the asset management system as well as the installation and configuration of software
- You advise our consultants in case of inquiries regarding our hardware and software
- The documentation and maintenance of IT processes as well as general administrative activities in the IT area are also part of your responsibilities
Your profile
- You are currently studying IT, computer science or a similar field of study
- Preferably you have already gained practical experience in the IT services environment and feel confident working with Windows applications - but most importantly, we want you to be motivated for the position described
- A working week of around 16 to 20 hours is suitable for you
- You are fluent in German
