(Senior) Associate Procurement (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Associate you advise medium-sized companies from the Industry & Retail segment on strategic and operational issues in the areas of maintenance, production and supply chain management.

Your tasks

You develop and implement strategies as well as packages of measures to make our customers' purchasing processes future-proof and sustainable
With your end-to-end approach, you advise customers holistically - for example, you support them in conducting supplier negotiations
In Procurement Controlling and Procurement Analytics, you will apply the latest AI developments to design innovative digital procurement solutions for our customers
As a Senior Associate, you will also be responsible for partial subprojects and support our consultants in their professional and personal development
You integrate your expertise in strategic corporate management to promote growth areas and drive the internal development of the Industry & Retail Competence Centre with a focus on procurement topics

Your profile

You have completed your university Master's degree in economics, (business) informatics or natural sciences
Ideally, you have a double academic qualification (in addition to your university master's degree, e.g. a doctorate or an MBA)
As a prospective Senior Associate, you have already gained relevant professional experience in industry or management consulting after completing your Master's degree; as an Associate, you were able to gain initial insights into our industry through internships and working student positions
You are fluent in German and English; additionally, you have excellent analytical skills
