(Junior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
As a (Junior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are responsible for needs-based, future-oriented as well as cost-effective HR support and contribute actively to the personal development and promotion of our internal employees.
Your tasks
- With your expertise, you advise our managers on relevant HR issues
- You support our employees regarding their HR-related queries and operate as the interface to our external payroll accounting
- You plan and implement employee retention as well as talent development measures - this incorporates talent and skills management as well as benefits
- You coordinate employee assignments and relocation processes
- You are responsible for the successful coordination and implementation of our central onboarding process
- The evaluation of key personnel figures as well as the conceptual processing and realization of personnel policy topics are also part of your responsibilities
Your profile
- You have completed your studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or hold a degree in social sciences, business psychology or education
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an international environment (especially DACH and USA)
- You possess practical experience in personnel management and/or personnel development and have very good knowledge of labour, payroll tax and social security law
- You are confident in using HR tools and MS Office applications
- You are fluent in German and English
