Alexander Zielske manages projects with a focus on performance improvement, restructuring and reorganization. He supports company-wide and cross-functional transformation programs from their development to their successful implementation. He has extensive experience in managing large Program Management Offices (PMO).

Alexander Zielske holds a degree in industrial engineering. He has over 10 years of professional experience in consulting for international corporations and corporate groups in industry and services.
