Nils Blechschmidt has been with ConMoto since 1995, as a partner since 1999 and as Managing Partner since 2002.
As a leading consultant and top expert in value-oriented maintenance, he puts his heart and soul into developing innovative strategies for companies. With his many years of experience, Nils Blechschmidt advises companies in the DACH region and internationally.
Prior to ConMoto, Nils worked for seven years as the technical operations manager of an aviation technology company.
He studied aerospace engineering at the University of the German Armed Forces in Neubiberg and completed his MBA at Henley Management College (UK).
He enjoys being outdoors and practicing endurance sports such as swimming, cycling and long hikes. Nils Blechschmidt is a keen skier and is involved as a ski instructor with the DAV. He plays tennis and lives with his family west of Munich.
