Niklas Ruhkamp has been with ConMoto since April 2021 and has been a Manager in the Automotive division at ConMoto since January 2025.

The focus of his consulting is on the introduction of end-to-end processes and the digitalization of processes. He also has in-depth expertise in data-driven performance management and the optimization of industrial production processes. His main focus is on the automotive industry.

During his Master's degree in Business Informatics at the University of Regensburg, Niklas worked at the “Industry 4.0 & Internet of Things” chair. He then worked on the optimization of production and logistics in the field of e-commerce and at a German OEM.

As a former competitive athlete and volunteer youth coach, he is passionate about rowing. Music is also a great passion of Niklas.

For me, “Together we grow” describes the ambition to constantly develop and surpass ourselves - not just individually, but together as a team and together with the customer.
