Matthias Will is an expert in the interplay between corporate strategy, organizational structures, and IT systems in industry and commerce. In recent years, he has particularly focused on projects related to process digitization and automation, as well as SAP S/4HANA transformation. Matthias holds a PhD in economics with a specialization in organizational economics and also has a teaching authorization (Venia Legendi) in business administration.

Before joining H&C, he led various national and international research projects and served as the commercial managing director of a design agency as an entrepreneur.

He regularly publishes in internationally recognized journals on topics such as organizational design, change management, and big data.

For me, "together we grow" means collaboratively developing a directly implementable solution with our clients that optimally leverages the potential of data-driven approaches, achieves a significant profit and loss impact in the short term, and ensures sustainable efficiencies.
