Carsten Freiherr v. Hadeln

Carsten von Hadeln has been with ConMoto since 2015, working within the Value Creation Systems function group. In the Competence Center, he focuses on production footprint, plant structure planning, and end-to-end order processing.

He brings over 20 years of experience across various industries, including automotive suppliers, commercial vehicles, mechanical engineering, process industry, electronics, and microsystem technology. Carsten studied electrical and information technology at the Technical University of Munich and also completed a postgraduate program in business administration with a focus on management.

He began his career in consulting for microsystem technology and electronics before moving to a management consulting firm specializing in production management. In his free time, Carsten enjoys spending time with family and friends. Joint outings, card games, or attending rock concerts provide a nice balance to his consulting work.
